Parish Share Plus

Each year, parishes in the Diocese of Pittsburgh conduct a Parish Share Campaign to raise funds to aid in the charitable and administrative work of the Diocese. The Diocese supports men, women, children and families in crisis through Catholic Charities, free clinics, programs for handicapped children and adults, and hospital chaplains. The Parish Share Plus Campaign also raises money for training seminarians and lay ministers, providing programs to support marriage, family life and parenting. Feeding the hungry and providing shelter for the homeless are also part of this vital program.

You can make a donation to your Parish Share Plus Campaign at any time by indicating on your check that the donation is for parish share. You may also choose to make a pledge and be billed monthly. All monies collected for the Parish Share Plus Campaign above our annual Diocesan assessment stays in the parish free of the diocesan assessment of 17.5%. This is an excellent way to maximize your giving and help with your Parish’s capital and savings needs.
